Here is an interview onsidehockeytraining.com did with my friend and colleague, Ryan Van Asten. I did my internship at Athletes' Performance in Gulf Breeze, Florida with Ryan during the summer of 2008. I had, quite possibly, the best time of my strength career down there, learning from some great coaches and Ryan as well.
