I kicked my ass this week and still have tomorrow to go. I've been playing around with Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program in addition to my Olympic lifting routine. It doesn't seem to hinder my performance on the platform any, even with the bench added. Yes, I have been is a sin as an Oly lifter to be benching, but I figure it won't hurt if it is just for a cycle or two. If anything, it will build a stronger base for my O-lifts. Train hard, train smart!
